Isabella Lilley brings a strong background in education support, safeguarding, and people-focused work to the performing arts environment. Previously working as a Teaching Assistant at an international school in Dubai, Isabella supported Grade 5 pupils across multiple classrooms, delivering small-group academic support and working closely with teachers, counsellors, and parents to support both learning and wellbeing.

With extensive experience from a previous career in policing, Isabella offers a calm, confident, and highly professional approach, with exceptional skills in communication, behaviour support, and safeguarding. Currently studying towards a BA (Hons) in Childhood Studies, Isabella is passionate about working with young people and creating a safe, structured, and supportive environment where students can grow both creatively and personally.
